Our system is comprehensive. We have it all:

Initial training starts at your home office, with a week of web conferences, internet training, and individual coaching. Then spend a full week in Ottawa for practicums on quoting with clients and training staff.

Ongoing support and coaching will guide and support you through every step of launching and growing your business.

Concierge Home Services

FAQs

The initial franchise fee is $20,000 for a 5 year term for your exclusive territory. Start up costs and working capital requirements an additional $10,000 – $20,000. Full details are provided in our Disclosure Document.
Franchise Partners are granted a protected territory based on postal code and geographic layout. Territory boundaries are selected after considering such factors as demographic profile and household count.
Ongoing royalty is 5% of your gross revenue.
There is an initial pre-opening period when we guide you through setting up your home office, and preparing your PR and marketing campaign. Then we start with a week of classroom learning from your home office. One-on-one web conferences and self-led tutorials will guide you through every aspect of our operating system. Then you come to Ottawa for an intensive 5 days of practical application of the skills you learned. You’ll be in the field to practise quoting for clients and training staff. You’ll work alongside our management team to get you comfortable and confident. After you return home to your community, we provide structured coaching to support you as you begin to build your business. There are also regular team meetings and ongoing training via Skype, webinars, and computer-based tutorials.
You don’t have to be good at house cleaning. To be successful as a Concierge Home Services franchise partner, you should have the following skills and behaviours:

  • Have a positive, outgoing attitude
  • Be at ease with meeting new people and developing professional relationships
  • Be disciplined and motivated to work towards meeting targets
  • Have outstanding communication skills
  • Be well organized and excellent at managing details
  • Be competent with computers, able to learn new software, and use web-based applications
First, contact us. Let’s talk about where you are now, and where you want to be in 5 years. As a candidate, you’ll complete 2 stages of application forms and do an independent profiling to determine fit. You’ll have the opportunity to speak to our founder and key management team. Then you receive our Disclosure Document, which provides you with all the information you need to make a decision. Deciding on a franchise is a big decision, and it all starts with contacting us.
